Bikesharing Startup LimeBike Raises $70M More
Continuing its meteoric fundraising arc, LimeBike has raised a $70 million extension to its Series B round, which previously totaled $50 million. That preceding check, which touched down just last October, followed a $12 million Series A in March of the same year.
DroneBase Raises $12M For Commercial Drone Ops
This morning DroneBase announced a fresh $12 million Series B, following its mid-2016, $6.8 million Series A. Prior investor USV co-led the round with Upfront Ventures, another previous investor in the Santa Monica-based drone operations business. Chinese drone company DJI took part in the Series B as well. The drone manufacturer has invested multiple times in the startup.
