What would you otherwise be doing?

I would be investing in, mentoring, and, hopefully, giving an unfair advantage to extraordinary entrepreneurs who have sights for changing the world in the way in which they are thinking about their businesses and their vision.

Your main fault?

I probably stretch myself too thin. I feel that I have such a contribution to make in so many areas and there are so many extraordinary people that I want to support personally and professionally.

The quality you most desire in a tweet?

Discovery. I use Twitter as a people filter for getting a window into things that I otherwise would not have found.

Your idea of misery?

Missing an important event for my kids. Not making it to the game, something on campus, or an important milestone.

What do you appreciate the most in your friends?

Honesty, support, and community.

Your chief characteristic

Passionate. I really believe in the things I advocate for, and that includes people, ideas, creativity, and causes.

What defines success?

Significance and impact on people, culture, and society.

What’s the biggest problem tech is failing to solve?

Inclusion and diversity of people and ideas.
