Bigeye lands $45M Series B for data platform

Bigeye, developer of a data quality engineering platform for enterprises, announced that it has raised $45 million in a Series B funding round led by Coatue.

Sequoia Capital and Costanoa Ventures also participated in the financing for the San Francisco-based company, which just raised a $17 million Series A in April.

LG acquires Cybellum in $240M deal

South Korean electronics giant LG Electronics is acquiring, Cybellum, an Israeli automotive cybersecurity startup, in a deal valued at around $240 million. Founded in 2016, Cybellum previously raised at least $15 million in known funding, per Crunchbase data.

Argo Blockchain prices US listing: London-based Argo Blockchain, a developer of blockchain technology focused on large-scale crypto mining, priced shares for its U.S. stock listing at $15 each, bringing in $113 million. Argo shares were already listed on the London Stock Exchange.
