TaniHub lands $65.5M for agritech

Indonesia’s TaniHub, a B2B platform connecting farmers with businesses that use or sell their products, raised $65.5 million in a Series B funding round led by MDI Ventures.

Previously, the company had raised $29 million in known funding, per Crunchbase data. Founded in 2016, TaniHub currently has more than 45,000 farmers in its network.

Slerp secures $10M: London-based Slerp, an e-commerce platform for the hospitality industry, has reportedly raised $10 million in two rapid-fire seed and Series A rounds led by Eight Roads Ventures and Jigsaw VC.

M12 adds to Nextbillion.ai’s Series A: Nextbillion.ai, with headquarters in Singapore and Mountain View, California, tacked $6.25 million onto its previously announced $7 million Series A from Lightspeed and Falcon Edge Capital. The new money comes from M12, Microsoft’s venture fund. Nextbillion.ai develops modular and configurable map and location data solutions.
