Netlify raises $105M Series D, hits $2B valuation

San Francisco-based web application development platform Netlify closed a $105 million Series D led by Bessemer Venture Partners. The new round values the company at $2 billion.

The company also announced the acquisition of San Francisco-based OneGraph, a platform that helps with the integration and management of APIs and services for web apps.

Founded in 2014, Netlify has now raised more than $200 million, according to Crunchbase data.

Workiz lands $40M

San Diego-based Workiz, which provides an online platform for managing home services work teams, raised $40 million in a Series C investment led by Lead Edge Capital. Launched in 2015, the company’s service is currently being used by more than 100,000 business professionals throughout the U.S. and Canada and has grown 200 percent annually over the past two years.

Funding round

Hightouch pulls in $40M: San Francisco-based Hightouch, a provider of tools for moving data from data warehouses for operational use, announced raising $40 million in a new funding round backed by ICONIQ. The 2-year-old company, which raised a $12 million Series A in July, says it will use the new funds to scale up its engineering team.
