Deliverr bags $250M
San Francisco-based Deliverr, a provider of fast online order fulfillment for merchants, announced it raised $250 million in a Series E round led by new investor Tiger Global.
The funding raises Deliverr’s valuation to $2 billion, more than double after the last funding round in March. The company says it will use the new capital to expand its next-day fulfillment service to e-commerce merchants of all sizes across the country.

Resilience closes $80M Series C
San Francisco-based cyber insurance provider Resilience raised an $80 million Series C co-led by General Catalyst and Corey Thomas of Rapid7. The company plans to use the new funds to continue its expansion into the middle market and other geographies.
The cyber insurance space has proven popular with investors this year. In September, San Francisco-based Coalition closed a $205 million Series E at a $3.5 billion-plus valuation.
Founded in 2016, Resilience has now raised more than $115 million to date, according to Crunchbase data.

Jina AI raises $30M for neural search: Berlin-based Jina AI, a startup focused on open-source neural search, announced raising $30 million in a Series A funding round led by Canaan Partners. Founded in 2020, the company has raised a total of $39 million to date.

New funds
Kompas raises $160M fund: Kompas, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on construction tech, proptech, advanced materials, IoT and climate tech, reportedly raised $160 million for a new fund. The firm, which has offices in Amsterdam, Tel Aviv and Copenhagen, invests across Europe, the U.S. and Israel.
