Ola plans IPO next year

Indian ride-hailing provider Ola is planning a public offering next year, but has not yet set a date, according to CNBC coverage of an interview with CEO Bhavish Aggarwal.

Last month, Ola announced a $500 million funding round led by Singapore’s Temasek. To date, the 11-year-old company has raised $4.3 billion in known funding, per Crunchbase data.

Adobe acquires Frame.io

Adobe announced that it will acquire Frame.io, a cloud-based video collaboration platform, in a transaction valued at $1.28 billion. Founded in 2014, New York-based Frame.io previously raised at least $90 million in known funding, per Crunchbase data.

Public offerings

iCIMS files for IPO: Online recruiting platform iCIMS filed to go public on Nasdaq. The Holmdel, New Jersey-based company posted revenue of $138 million in the first half of 2021, up from $125 million in same period last year. Its net loss for the first half of this year was $31 million.
